Bangkok to Bali

Party in chaotic Bangkok, bliss out on stunning beaches and gaze out across the ‘sea of sand’ from Mt Bromo’s summit at sunrise. While this tour includes a knowledgeable CEO, accommodation and a variety of local transport, it also leaves plenty of free time for you to do what you want.

Day 1 Bangkok

Arrive at any time.

Day 2 Bangkok

Free day to see the sights of Bangkok such as the Grand Palace and Wat Po. Overnight train to Surat Thani.

Day 3-4 Koh Phangan

Take a short boat ride to the small island of Koh Phangan. Explore the island's waterfalls, swim in its lagoons or just relax.

Day 5-6 Koh Samui

Arrive in time for a sunset cocktail then get out and explore.

Day 7 Penang

Cross the border to Malaysia. Take a scenic boat trip through a sheltered archipelago to arrive to Penang. Enjoy a street food crawl with the group and CEO, one of the two on this tour. Optional city tour or visit Kek Lok Si temple, Little India and Chinatown.

Day 8-9 Cameron Highlands

Optional highlands tour or go hiking.

Day 10-11 Kuala Lumpur

Transfer to the capital and choose to take a city tour, visit the Petronas Towers, Chinatown, KL Tower, Islamic Arts Museum or the National Mosque.

Day 12 Melaka

Visit the town's highlights and opt to visit a museum or take a boat tour of Melaka's canals.

Day 13 Singapore

Border crossing from Malaysia into Singapore. Free time to visit the Night Safari nocturnal zoo, Raffles Hotel, Chinatown or Little India.

Day 14-15 Jakarta

On Day 14, take a late morning flight to Jakarta. Explore the thriving capital of Indonesia with an optional city tour.

Day 16 Cianjur

Venture to Cianjur via Bogor, visit the floating villages or perhaps teach English to local children. Experience local life by sleeping at a homestay.

Day 17 Bandung

Enjoy an orientation walk of the sprawling city of Bandung then explore on your own.

Day 18-20 Yogyakarta

Scenic train trip to Yogyakarta. Option to visit the Borobudur temple complex and town.

Day 21 Tawangmangu

Enjoy an optional stop to explore the Prambanan temples, opt to continue to the Sukuh Temple to begin a beautiful walk through small villages and farms to Tawangmangu.

Day 22 Malang

Explore Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park.

Day 23 Mt Bromo

Embark on a sunrise climb of Mt. Bromo.

Day 24 Kalibaru

Visit the famous Indonesian coffee plantations.

Day 25-26 Pemuteran

Relax by the beach, explore the national park or opt for a snorkelling trip to Menjangan Island.

Day 27 Sanur

Head to Sanur via hot springs and enjoy your final dinner with the group.

Day 28 Sanur

Depart any time.
