Perfect for anyone starting their gap year from the UK, whether you live there or not, this Western European complete gap year shows you the highlights of this amazing continent in style.

Wild Western Europe

See the best a tour of Western Europe has to offer as we make our way from London to the 'Eternal City'. Stand in awe as you marvel the stunning Swiss Alps. Smile as you’re enamoured by Paris's neo-classical architecture and leafy boulevards. Shout 'salud' in the tapas bars and restaurants of cosmopolitan Barcelona. And swoon as you are seduced by the canals of Venice. This camping tour of Western Europe gives you so much more!

Combine this with an interrail pass and a years insurance and you've got the perfect way to explore Europe and then carry on travelling with the people you meet on the tour!

Day 1: Paris
Bonsoir Paris! Pinch yourself and Instagram your first holiday selfie, you’re finally here! Your friends will secretly hate you, but you have other things on your mind as we show you the bright lights of this utterly enchanting city.

Day 2: Paris
Today we hand you the keys to the city. Stroll your way down Champs-Élysées, lock hearts at Ponts des Arts, watch life go by in the Latin Quarter then the sun set over this romantic city in the arty Montmartre. You'll also be the envy of every other tourist in town when we put on an included picnic right by the Eiffel Tower just for you, as well as offer a bike tour, Seine cruise and evening cabaret show. Swag, we know.

Day 3: Swiss Alps
Practice your yodeling today as we head to our breathtaking Swiss Alps getaway that could be straight out of Heidi.

Day 4: Swiss Alps

This idylic Alpine valley is yours to explore. Hop on the famous Jungfrau railway that ascends through the bowels of the mountain and spits you out onto the 'roof of Europe' for guaranteed #summersnow and #epicviews.

Day 5: Avignon
Go all medieval as we wind our way through the wine region of the Rhône Valley to Avignon, once-time home of the pope and a lesson in the risk of burning bridges.

Day 6: Barcelona
First stop, a visit to the marvel of Roman engineering that is the aqueduct Pont du Gard. Then we cross over the peerless Pyrenees to Spain and hit up tapas town!

Day 7: Barcelona
Sun, sangria and sea on the menu today. Also check out the wonderfully Gaudí architecture at Park Güell, go shopping in Barcelona's best botiques or just stuff yourself on patatas bravas.

Day 8: French Riviera
Costa to cote today in time for celebrity spotting and the ultimate Mediterranean chill-out session.

ay 9: French Riviera
Bring your paparazzi posse to the beach or keep exploring the world’s most lavish waterfront property. Tonight we head to Monaco to hit up the casinos James Bond-style.

Day 10: Venice
After stopping off to sing a romantic ballad under Juliet’s balcony in Verona, it’s on to the city of canals and 118 islands. It could be worse.

Day 11: Venice
There are two perspectives of Venice and today we'll experience both. Stretch your legs on land as we check out Rialto Bridge and St Mark’s Square on foot, and then test your sea legs as we view life from the water on a vaporetto ride along the Grand Canal.

Day 12: Florence
First up, time to see a Pisa about a tower for your own version of THAT shot, then on to the Florence for artistic and culinary delights in equal measure.

Day 13: Rome
It's not just food, wine and gluttony though, Florence is home to a heap of art treasures and fabulous sites, many of which we'll see on our guided tour. After the Duomo, Ponte Vechhio and the Piazzale Michelangelo, it's on to Caesar’s old stomping ground.

ay 14: Rome
All roads must end in Rome as does ours today. #sadface. But there’s always more gelati!
