Camp Leaders is the biggest and best independently owned summer camp and cultural exchange provider running since 1999. Camp Leaders offer paid residential placements in one of 500 camps across the US. From s'mores round the campfire, long days in the lake getting tanned and the best time ever, summer camp is everything you'll imagine it to be and more. Once you're done at camp you'll have 30 days to travel throughout the US with your newly found mates.
Every single one of our staff has been to camp before so we like to think we know what we're talking about. In fact, we've have worked in every type of camp imaginable, from Faith-Based, Special Needs, Equestrian, Underprivileged, Performing Arts, Weight loss, Sports and Day camps to the classic, all American, traditional, Independent summer camps. When it comes to genuine camp experience, we lead the way.
Types of Roles:
Work as a camp counselor which involves living and working with the campers. Your day will involve caring for the children. You'll supervise the children at meal times, in the bunk and at night-time. You also work as a lifeguard supervising campers in the pool and even the lake. You may also get he opportunity to teach swimming to campers too. Either way, you'll come back with a glorious tan!

To apply you need to complete a short initial application telling us who you are and some other basic details. When you're ready just pay your £49 programme deposit to secure your face-to-face interview with one of our hundred nation-wide interviewers. From there Camp Leaders offer full support to apply for your visa and secure you your placement at camp. You'll also have the opportunity to attend the Camp Leaders Job Fairs across the country in January and our pre-departure orinetations in April and May.
