South America has long been a favourite destination among travellers and we think Ecuador is the perfect place to volunteer. This tiny country packs a lot of punch and with so much on offer, it’s hard to know where to start! Nowhere else on earth can you experience so much natural beauty, diversity and adventure in such a small place. You can experience the wonders of the Amazon rainforest, windswept highlands, snow capped mountains and palm fringed beaches, all within a day’s drive of the capital, Quito! The capital itself is beautiful and historic and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. And let’s not forget Ecuador’s main attraction, the world famous Galapagos Islands. A nature-lovers paradise offering a once in a lifetime experience, available as an add on to this programme.
