Coast to Coast Semester Expedition
Want to hike through dense cloud forests, build your own shelter and camp under the stars? You can do all this with the Coast to Coast Semester course and also earn your First Aid and CPR Certification, and receive Spanish lessons with local instructors.
You will also discover Nicaragua as you work with local communities on much-needed service projects such as reducing wood-smoke inhalation by installing new stoves or combating rainforest depletion.
Another phase of the course includes surfing on the warm-water world-renowned beaches of Costa Rica. Our instructors will provide you with holistic, one on one instruction so that you can learn to ride all waves and read tides.
In Panama, learn to dive in the crystal-clear waters of the 68-island Archipelago of Bocas del Toro and earn NAUI Scuba Diver Certification. Advanced divers will dive at night to see the stunning underwater bioluminescence.
Want to snorkel, wakeboard and sail? You will get to do all these things in Panama, and will sea kayak to remote communities, spending each night in different villages as you venture in the Archipelago.
Earn up to 12 academic credits upon successful completion of this course.
