Ko-Conut Hopper

Phuket, Krabi, Koh Lanta and Phang Nga Bay make up the peaceful and secluded south with its beaches, rivers, and countless snorkelling and swimming havens.

Itinerary

Day 1: Phuket, Thailand

Make your way to the hotel to meet and greet the crew and start planning tomorrow's adventures.

Day 2: Phuket

Kick off your morning with a trip to none other than Koh Tapu, aka James Bond Island. Stemming from 1974 film “The Man with the Golden Gun” fame, this limestone rock is not photo shy. Paddle in its calm waters, grab some elephant earring souvenirs and then join the sea cave canoe group for lunch on the boat. Then cruise away to Lawa Island for more paddling and sunbathing. This is where stress comes to fizzle away.

Included today:
-Full day Phang Nga Bay tour (James Bond Island)
-Lawa Island

Meals:
-Breakfast
-Lunch

Day 3: Phuket

A free day all to you. Go all out and spoil yourself with an optional full day trip to Coral and Racha Islands, or Rok and Haa Islands. If you need to catch up on your shopping check out the street markets dotted along the beach for fried critters, Jungceylon shopping mall for basically everything (and great henna), or Banzaan Market for all the colourful fruit and Thai sweets. Or just hang at the beach, work on your tan and chill with a coconut.

Included today:
-Free day

Meals:
-Breakfast

Optional activities:
-Full day Coral Island and Racha Island by speedboat
-Full day Rok Island and Haa Island by speedboat

Day 4: Phuket to Krabi

Today we roll into Krabi, one of the oldest continued settlements in southern Thailand. Check out even more amazing beaches, hike to the Tiger cave temple or enrol yourself in a Thai cooking class and apply for the next Masterchef.

Meals:
-Breakfast

Day 5: Krabi

Pinball your way around 4 of Thailand’s most insanely beautiful islands for the day. Split your time between Koh Tub - a walkable sandbar at low tide descending straight into the Andaman Sea, Chicken Island - which literally looks like a giant moss-covered bush turkey casually nestled in the water, Pranang Bay’s secluded peninsula and Railay Beach’s caves, lagoons and nail-biting rock climbing culture.

Included today:
-Full day 4 Island trip by speedboat

Meals:
-Breakfast
-Lunch

Day 6: Krabi

Another free day to explore at your will. For the adventurous, there’s always a full day Phi Phi Island tour - Thailand’s island superstar, former coconut plantation and film location for The Beach, or kayaking at Ao Thalane - a small fishing village teeming with mangrove ecosystems and limestone karst formations. Take your pick.

Included today:
-Free day

Meals:
-Breakfast

Optional activities:
-Full day Phi Phi Island by speedboat
-Full day kayaking at Ao Thalane
-Thai cooking school

Day 7: Krabi to Koh Lanta

This morning’s schedule is clear for you to check out one more swimming spot before we kick on to Koh Lanta - one of the southernmost districts of Krabi and stunner, with its own marine park protecting 15 of the surrounding islands.

Meals:
-Breakfast

Day 8: Koh Lanta

A free day for exploring Koh Lanta’s hidden curios. Check out the Old Town with Chinese merchants and Thai fishing families selling their wares, the impressive stalactites and stalagmites of the Khao Mai Kaew Caves, and the “chao-le” - Sea Gypsy Village with its own language and separate rituals. Tonight, get a taste for the nightlife with a Thai boxing match, come out of your shell at a karaoke bar.

Included today:
-Free day

Meals:
-Breakfast

Day 9: Koh Lanta to Phuket

After breakfast we’re off home - you might want to stick around to work on that tan. And have one last coconut.

Meals:
-Breakfast
