PGL, the UK's leading provider of residential activity holidays and study courses for young people, has a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join their team based in northern France at their activity centre Chateau d’Ebblinghem.
Located in Northern France and a stone’s throw from Belgium, the Château accommodates up to 270 guests and 30 staff, eight of whom are French nationals. The Château offers History and French language enrichment tours that are sold via PGL's sister company, NST.
Reporting directly to the centre’s General Manager, this key role will be responsible for all aspects of the Administration.
The centre administrators are vital for the smooth functioning of the centre office. If you are looking for a broad role with plenty of variety, then the role of Administrator will give you exposure to many different sides of the business whilst giving you the chance to utilise French language skills in a business context. It is therefore essential that you are a confident French speaker.
With responsibility for the centre accounts, liaison with local suppliers and running the centre office, you will provide admin support to your Centre Manager and senior team. This could involve timesheets, petty cash, basic HR administration and purchase ordering.
The role will also include some driving responsibilities so applicants will need a full driving license.
