Summary

The Really Useful Cookery Course

Come and learn the valuable life skill of cookery, as well as a host of other 'Really Useful Skills', at this comprehensve, week-long cookery course! The course specialises in teaching a unique mix of cooking and useful everyday skills. By the end of this 5 day intensive programme you will have progressed from a tentative white sauce maker to a confident soufflé chef.

The Really Useful Course has been designed to guide inexperienced cooks through a week of well planned, traditional recipes and techniques. We offer “hands-on” courses with plenty of help and support.

Every Thursday, after wine tasting, there is the, now famous, dinner party for students and their friends/family. This popular dinner is organised, cooked and hosted by the students, a fantastic introduction to cooking for numbers.

During The Really Useful Course emphasis is made on affordable eating with no waste for those budgeting whether for university, gap years or just general life savings.

Those needing accommodation, will be in local family run B&B’s in male or female shared rooms.
