After departing Caracas in the morning, head east along the Caribbean coast before turning south to Ciudad Bolivar. Along the way you will be able to spot some of the country's largest oil refineries which finance the country's economy and keep gas prices down to about 10 cents per litre. Free time to relax or explore the city while preparing for the trek.
Begin the trek through the prehistoric wilderness heading for the summit of Roramia. Included Activities: Mount Roraima Trek Day 1 Transport: Drive out to the start point of the Roraima trek. Private Vehicle
Continue trekking through the Gran Sabana to reach base camp. Included Activities: Mount Roraima Trek Day 2
Guided hike up the mountain with a full day and a half spent at the summit to appreciate the unique ecosystem and spectacular views into neighboring Brazil and Guyana. Included Activities: Mount Roraima Trek Day 3 Mount Roraima Summit

Continue trekking down from Roraima. Included Activities: Mount Roraima Trek Day 5

Travel by bus to Ciudad Bolívar. Transport: Local bus
Fly to Canaima National Park. Continue by boat and hike to the view point of Angel Falls before returning to a jungle lodge for a night in hammocks. Included Activities: Canaima National Park (Parque Nacional Canaima) Visit Angel Falls (Salto Ángel) Visit Transport: Plane Boat Boat
